When does pto start?
I’ve been with the company 4 months and have been getting ppto, but I thought after three months you start getting pto. I haven’t seen any accrued hours yet.

Changed hours because of slower productivity
At my store we work freight in the morning until 5. So 7am-4pm employees work freight only. My boss said she’s changing my hours to 11am-8pm because I’m slower/not as productive. Id be zoning and binning overstock. She gave me some tips to improve which I already do. I could move faster sometimes, but that’s about it to me.
Has this happened to anyone or you heard of it happening? And does anyone have tips to improve working freight so I can keep my 7am-4pm hours. I really like them and don’t want to change!
