Convince me not to buy a weber go anywhere

Reccent heat has had me having a few bbqs with disposable bbqs they seem okay but also I imagine dedicated cooks better and is more eco freindly. Now how much better is the real thing to cheap clones . Cooking mostly for 2 portability and storage is a must so that style is ideal.

Adze availability

Got a pretty great deal on 2 camp x all mountains however currently supply issues of camp parts to the UK will likely be doing a chamonix trip in a month or two whats the odds of finding an adze there at the moment or is it worth ordering ahead of time from Europe for a larger cost?

Got some nomics on a steal of a deal found them pretty great on technical ground but overall quite rubbish on aproach or easier ground primary focus is rock routes with alpine approaches or easier sub grade 4 scottish winter would like to do tournette spur and potentially north west face of gran paradiso drawn to the sum tecs for the light weight and the fact I would still have a walking axe then any thoughts pepole?
