As everyone else in this subreddit, I’m a huge fan of MIT. I love every album equally (I think) and have recently been listening to a lot of their older stuff (headroom, self-titled debut album) and can clearly see a distinction between their newer bedroom pop style to their more individualistic experimental type (heavy synths and 808s).

in my opinion, whilst the newer music is great and definitively ‘Men I Trust’ I do miss the experimental feel of older songs; for example ‘Sad Organ‘ off of Headroom, and ‘Endless Strive’ off of Men I Trust.

this made me wonder, are there people in this subreddit who love their older stuff (and maybe slightly prefer it) to the newer albums? Where would you want them to go next with future albums?
