OR rotations and intubation

I'm about to be opened to schedule OR shifts to try and get my first live tube and it's honestly intimidating the hell out of me. I've been an EMT for 10 years done ER, IFT, 911, events, construction sites etc. I've done some really really cool stuff and definitely some things more technically challenging but always a part of a team. Heck I've dropped LMAs in codes. But thinking about being at the head of the bed by myself with everyone looking at me and then like fumbling through an airway before being kicked off honestly scares the shit out of me. Id almost rather have my first tube be an emergent one, this just feels like it's going to be the ultimate evolution of my public speaking fear.

Id love any tips, stories, suggestions etc. I'm doing 5-10 tubes on the mannequins every lecture day just trying to build the muscle memory.
