I recently got started on Preply. I would like to make some changes to my bio. On my description page, I am able to find where to edit my bio and make changes. However, after clicking save and then refreshing the page, all of my edits end up lost. I also see no notification that anything was retained or that I might need to wait for some sort of approval before edits become live. It seems to just lose my changes permanently. This has been happening over my attempts a few times this week already.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a known solution?

Very random and useless observation: I've been on italki since 2019 and just noticed something new. italki lesson ID numbers appear to be sequential website-wide, except that the 10-digit ID numbers are reversed. For example, here is what I believe would be a sequential set lesson IDs generated by the platform:

9839927097

0939927097

1939927097

etc.
