Just pulled this bad boy out of a regular loot box.

I have a little over 100 hours on vrising at this point, I've had access to high quality blood for the past 50-60ish hours of gameplay and this is the first time I'm hearing this voiceline. Does anyone know how rare it is? Are there any more rare voicelines?
