New lawn tips

Just built a new house this summer and looking for some tips regarding how to take care of Bermuda. Lawn sat most of August without water, as I didn’t get sprinklers installed in time for vacation. Got sprinklers now, so it’s getting better. Doing 26 minutes 4 times a week. Still some patch spots but it’s filling in decently. Planning to get soil and start evening it out next year, as it’s still bumpy.
Any tips going into winter would be appreciated, especially with regards to weeds. It’s not bad, but there’s stuff popping up that I’m trying to pull as it comes.
I’m in north/central Georgia if that matters. Been a rough summer for the grass.
Thanks everyone!

Landlord changed his mind recently about the house we are renting. He has now decided to sell, and we are meeting him on 5/10 to talk about how to deal with him putting it on the market while we are in the process of moving out. We originally had till end of May but he agreed to mid June so we have sometime to overlap closing on our new house. Told him the house wouldn’t be perfect, and there would be boxes around. I’m not really anticipating a huge problem, just wondering what my rights are in this situation. He mentioned open houses. That to us might be hard as it lasts for hours and we have a baby and a dog.

Thanks for any advice or insight !
