Hi! First time birth control user here and I'm at the sugar pill section of the hormonal birth control pills.

Do I start immediately after the end of the 4 days or is it similar to when I first started? (I.e start taking on the 4th/5th day of my menstrual cycle)

I'm not taking the pill as a contraceptive but as to regulate my cycle but I haven't bled yet so I'm abit confused as what is going on with my body :')
