Has anyone successfully reclaimed illegal agency fees in Valencia?
I am looking to rent long-term in Valencia and agencies are still openly demanding management fees despite the Housing Law ban.
For those who paid it just to get the apartment, were you able to get a refund later via Burofax, OMIC, or small claims court? Is it worth the headache?
Did you find any agency that didn't ask for it?
