Which historical titles do you recommend?
Fell in love with the series during my childhood, watching videos on Rome 1 and Medieval 2. Years later I ended up playing them, before eventually switching to the Warhammer series.
Recently I’ve had a real craving for the historical titles again, but I fear I’ve been become too acclimated to the modern mechanics of Warhammer 3. I’m interested in which titles you guys recommend! I’ve been thinking between Rome 2 and Attila, Attila mainly for the Dawnless Days mod. But I’m very open to the vanilla experience any title might have to offer. I’ve been thinking about Thrones and Troy as well.
Edit: I would also enjoy some fun sieges as well. Warhammer 3 sieges can be quite lackluster, and I’m looking to have some of these epic defenses that made me fall in love with the series all those years ago. I’ve heard Thrones has excellent sieges, I’m just not sure about the rest of that game.
