Right now my "system" is a mess of notes-app lists, screenshots, and my (unreliable) memory. Curious how the planners here handle it:

Do you have an actual system for gift ideas and occasions, or is it ad hoc?

Does it really work, or is it a constant patch job?

Anything you tried and abandoned?

Really just want to steal a better setup. Thanks!
