I improvised a small.jar with saltwater, rocks, macro algae, and gravel from my 10 gallon reef tank, to house a snail that we brought back from the beach (we thought it was just a shell, but the little guy was hiding inside).

A week later I noticed a bunch much of this small 'slugs'(?). They move on surfaces like worms but then they get stirred they 'swim' like that.

I haven't seen anything like this in my main tank, so I'm wondering what they are and where they came from...

I have some stomatella snails in my tank, maybe these are small babies? No idea...
