I live in serious snow country. Roofer who does steel roofs says this "crinkle finish" from a paint company I'll call "SW" will keep snow and ice from sliding off. When I say serious snow I mean like 3 feet of it on my roof is common. Ice dams are common too.

Dude actually said with that finish you can walk on the roof when wet. Of course the slope on my roof is 4 in 12, great for ice dams.

Any experience with this product? TIA
