Looking for reviews on Provident Sunworth Phase 3 (Mysore Road) — Thoughts on ₹9,500/sqft price and the sewage smell issue?

Hi everyone,

I am considering booking an apartment in Provident Sunworth Phase 3, located near the NICE/Mysore Road junction (Kambipura). The builder is currently quoting an asking price of ₹9,500 per sqft (all-inclusive).

Before making any financial commitments, I’d love to get some honest ground-reality checks from current residents of the older phases or people familiar with the area:

Pricing: Is ₹9,500 per sqft all-inclusive a fair deal for an under-construction phase in this part of Mysore Road, or is it overpriced? How much room for negotiation should I expect?

Sewage Smell: I have heard some concerns and read a few comments about a persistent sewage or drainage smell in and around the society. Can anyone living there confirm how severe this is? Does it get unbearable during the monsoons or at night?

General Experience: For those already living in Phase 1 or 2, how has the construction quality held up? Are there any major red flags regarding daily water supply, seepage, or high maintenance charges?

Declare nri status on existing insurance on residency change ?

I have an insurance with care from 2017 , I was a resident Indian then , I now became an nri , do I need to inform care about this, I'm planning to get a surgery in india

My wife underwent a surgery with cashless approval and it went through (little bit of a hiccup initially as the pre approval amount was low). The hospital had a package agreement with the insurer (care insurance) for 7.5 lacs for the surgery which also included the surgeon cost. Now the doctor who's one of the top surgeons in the country for the surgery had an additional surgery cost of 3.5 l over the package cost of 7.5 and I had to pay it upfront via the hospital, my question is , am I eligible to submit this amount as reimbursement ?
