Hey everyone. I'm back with a couple of new animated seekers, Sunstorm(the suck up) and Thundercracker(the ego maniac)! They are made from the legacy jhiaxus mold with some added 3d printed wings, null rays, and shin guards. I also made another Starscream with the same kind of shoulders.
Hey!! I'm back with another custom that's been on my mind to make. I previously did a custom animated Starscream made from kitbash of the legacy Metalhawk and legacy Ferak which turned out great, but he was still missing that authentic Animated pizzazz. So I got my spare legacy Jhiaxus and switched the arms for this custom. Though the other one's jet mode looked closer to the cartoon, this one really hits home in bot mode. He has modded 3d printed wings, an enlarged copy of the animated Starscream toy head, and SS TF1 Sentinel prime's guns as his nullrays. I'm still debating on how im gonna cover up the wired part of the shins to complete him. Let me know how you would cover them.
Hey everyone! I thought the energon version of Rodimus was a cool and unique take on him. What bothered me about it is how limiting his movements were due to the clunkiness of his body. I've been wanting to make one but there is no perfect updated mold at this time, so i made a mix between G1 and Energon using the Target version of the Legacy laser optimus prime. I used some 3d printed parts made by TFCOLLECT to get his shoulders turned the way I wanted them. I made copies of the rear wheels I got from an upgrade kit for optimus but sadly they do not roll (i still have the originalones though) and the spoiler is also 3d printed. I made a copy of the POTP hotrod head and made a 5mm hole in the spoiler as well so he can carry a trailer though this one did not come with one when I purchased him. He is a nice hybrid and fits closely to the energon version to me. The last few pictures are how i got the idea messing with the shoulders and some of the process to get the finished product. I debating on covering up the target TF signs on the doors. What do you think? Keep them or cover them?
I made and enlarged copy of the prime beast hunters smokescreen head. No he looks more like smoke screen to me. It does fit in car mode with no problem cause i made the hole for the ball joint the same way.
Hey everyone. I'm back with another Five Below bot custom. Here we have IDW's Decepticon fembot Swift! I haven't seen anyone do a custom of her, so I thought the Five below chopper bot would make an good fit for her look. For some reason this mold does not like to hold paint on it well though, so I left her as is. It kinda gives her natural battle damage. She tall a little taller than the modern voyager. Her bio is in the pictures.
Hey everyone. I've made several customs of Shattered Glass characters but never posted them on here. So here they are.
Hey fellow customizers and tf fans. There have been some great ideas and customs of Elita Prime by some customizers and I decided to throw my name in the hat as well. So here she is, the newest prime in the Skybound comics, Elita Prime!! This one is made for my friend Flat-atmosphere. I made her by making an enlarged (imperfect)copy of the legacy Elita-1 head and used the legacy metalhawk as her body. The breast plate is made from a modded female mandalorian chest guard I found on Cults 3d. The chest exhausts are another 3d print file that was originally for a rectangular container. I shrunk the size to fit (trial and error),super glued them to the original chest, covered them with polystyrene to make them look like exhausts and to hold them in place. I primed her and then hand painted all her colors because the pink spray paint I use is very light in color. Hand painting is so time consuming and I still need to touch her up in some spots before the clear coat. The last few pictures is the process of me making the chest for those that wanted to see. She is fully transformable as seen and the new chest parts does not affect transformation. I'd love to some other version of her so if you got her, post her!!
