Whem i was on track today the car gave a brake pad warning after the session i checked and this was the condition are the thinnet parts of the pads still usable

Notchy 1st to 2nd

Hi everyone my i20n is at 18500kms and shifting from 1st to 2nd feels weird, notchy like first theres no feel then it feels like it gets stuck then goes in but theres no noise only feels. anyone else experience this or has a solution?
