I bought a variety pack of Update off Amazon after hearing the rave reviews on its caffeiene free energy blend.

I did not like this at all. The variety pack had Grape, Berry and Peach. Grape was probably the least offensive of the bunch but they were all among the worst flavored energy drinks i've ever had. Imagine a bastard child of Zoa and off brand flavored sparkling water.

But the flavor isnt everything if the energy blend is worth it and i can tell you that with the 3 cans i've had so far i have gotten a headache every single time. Update is my first energy drink that has Paraxanthine for the energy component and because of my experience here it may be my last. I have gotten absolutely zero sense of energy off of these and coupled with that headache i get these are going to be a hard pass for me moving forward. I can appreciate what theyre trying to do in giving different options for those who may be caffeiene sensitive but i would recommend to try to get a single can before going all in a variety pack if youre not sure.
