Hi everyone, just moved to Walnut Creek area from SF. Having lived in SF for pretty all my life, high 70s is considered hot for me.

How does one stay cool in Walnut Creek without an AC. I have a fan which makes sleeping somewhat tolerable.

Are they such things as cold blankets?

I'm at the point in my BJJ journey where I'm just like f--- it, I want to do that I like and I've chosen lapel guard, lapel lasso guard more specifically.

Is there a good Youtube video or instructional for just lapel lasso guard? I have Keenan's Lapel Encycopedia which I do watch, but it covers all lapel guards. I would like one for only lapel lasso.
