Should I get a rhinoplasty?
Hi, I’m considering a rhinoplasty consultation and wanted an outside opinion. I have a doctor-confirmed 3 mm septum deviation, but I do not have breathing problems, so this would mainly be cosmetic. The things I notice are a dorsal hump and tip shape. My friends say my nose looks normal and that surgery may not be worth the risk, cost, and recovery.
From these photos, does this look like something where rhinoplasty could make a meaningful but natural-looking difference, or does it seem like I might be overfocusing on it? I’m not looking for medical advice, just perspective before deciding whether to book consultations.
