Found parakeet in the Kyle, Texas area close to summer Moon and Fairway Landing apartment. He has an ankle tag let me know if he is yours or you can take him! (I called the Kyle phone number for animal rescue and they are trying to send out animal control, which I truthfully do not trust after past experience experiences with them)
