No observed driving by CHP. EMS first on scene. No PAS. Only 1 FST and ambulance dropped at station. .23 at station.
Like the captions mention. CHP didn’t observe driving but found by EMS blocking lanes. No tests on the scene only alleged test was HGN. but EMS relayed odor of alcohol. CHP reports transport to station by him. But, records show that ambulance took to hospital first then ended up at the police station. Blew a .23 and .24 has anyone had similar situation? Any thing legally worthwhile in case???
