looking for a part, don't know the name of it or where to find it.

I am searching for these two pillar/posts for my LHD early 1961 high hinge double cab. The bottom 6" are rusted away. I don't know exactly what to call them when searching for them? When I type in C-Pillar it seems to always lead me to the one forward of these, the part with the cargo door hinge.
