For anyone na nakapunta na po sa MIBF multiple times, do you think 10k is enough budget to haul many books? Mostly international po. First time ko po kasing pupunta and I want to monitor how much I would spend.
Hello! First time posting here. I just want to know where do you start if you want to know if you really have ADHD? I know there's something wrong with me ever since I was a child and I really had no basis confirming my suspicion until I learned about ADHD, ADD, and autism. Majority of the standard symptoms checked out and it was really frustrating to find ways to prove it. Gusto ko nang matapos 'tong overthinking ko and gusto ko rin magkaroon pa nang mas malawak na knowledge if ever that I have it. Because honestly, these things that I experienced really impede in the way I live. So, any advice po on where to start? And if I do see a doctor, anong preparation kailangan kong gawin? And how much po lahat-lahat ang magagastos?
