In these races, sometimes I see people racing using the same car as me but with a higher PI , but I cant seem to join the race with any upgrades on, how does this work? Thanks

Permanent self exclusion

So I've apparently been permanently self exluded on sky bet and thier partners, betfair and paddy power etc. There's nothing to be done apparently. Does anyone know of a way of getting round it to use the apps? I know the accounts are gone, but can I make new ones with new details or anything? Anyone dealt with this before?
