Looking for local help creating a 3D model of my loft for interior design planning

Howdy! I’m looking to work with someone local in Dallas who can create a clean, usable 3D model of my apartment so I can test paint colors, furniture layouts, rugs, lighting, finishes, etc.

I have:

  • Dimensioned floor plan
  • Polycam / LiDAR scan
  • Photos and screenshots of the space
  • Notes on where the floor plan needs correction, including an upstairs mezzanine area that is open to the first floor
  • Existing furniture dimensions for key pieces and associated ideas/mood boards for new furniture

What I need:

  • A clean 3D model of the apartment, not just a raw scan import
  • Correct first floor and second floor layout
  • Open-to-below mezzanine modeled accurately (two floors)
  • Walls, railings, stairs, windows, doors, and bathrooms represented clearly
  • Ability to test wall paint colors and furniture placement
  • Ideally built in SketchUp, SketchUp + Enscape, Chief Architect, Revit, or another format that can be edited or exported

This is for interior design planning, not construction documents. I mainly want a model that helps with visual decision-making.

The apartment is a two-level loft in downtown Dallas with concrete floors, large windows, black railings, and an open mezzanine.

Happy to answer any questions - this is new for me, so please be patient.

Local preferred, but remote is fine if you are experienced with interior modeling. I’m also open to working with students, educators, or someone still building their portfolio, as long as they are comfortable creating a clean, usable 3D model from a floor plan, photos, and scan references. This does not need to be a licensed architect-level deliverable. I mainly need a practical interior design model for testing paint, furniture, lighting, and layout options. Happy to work with firms on a retainer basis as well, should that be necessary.
