So what I've been saying about the free standard characters is true and to get the selection you need to participate in this "A tour of lia" event, I'm not sure what the 2 stores in joyful lia once again are but unlocking them will get you the free five star selector.

Now it's more than a speculation that blade is both a standard character and will most likely be part of a free selector.

The first picture is said to be an evolution challenge menu, the rest is cublade and blade being in the menus and character menu, and I can tell that the two colorful images of the Lycorises and shard sword are made for the eidognosis (traces in hsr terms).

From the ui and the packs I'm showing in the picture I can speculate that blade is a 5 star character and might be given for free from that pack so that can also mean that he's a standard character in this game.
