Just wanted to check if others are noticing layoffs in their companies too, or is it just happening around my circle?

I’ve been hearing that some companies are also putting increments on hold or denying them completely with AI and cost-cutting being used as the reason.

I was actually planning to switch jobs this year, but seeing the current situation has made me a bit uncertain.

For people working in IT/corporates right now, how’s the market looking from your side? Is switching still a good idea, or is it safer to stay put for a while?

Looking for someone who can shoot photos + videos for brand/social media content.
(Anything that needs to look visually cool and premium.)

You don’t have to be a full pro honestly, need a good eye and decent creative sense. If you know how to make content look good, that works.
