I got laid off early February and filed for b2 end of March. Recently got two offers, first rescinded because they aren’t willing to transfer while I have b pending. Another one is only willing to do so if I have b approved. They said I could contact them once my b is approved. Given the current timelines for b, it probably won’t get processed until four months later, let alone the risk of rfes and NOIDs.

Anyone was in the situation? successfully got b approved and the transfer h1b? I’m scared of the uncertainties and I feel like I can’t breathe every day… my mental state cannot hold on anymore
