I run my own business so I don't have much time on my hands to attend college

So my options are either:

A. Join IGNOU

Or

B. Join any normal University, and sort out the attendance thing by either talking to them or paying my way out of it (some people I know have done that)

I want to do my bachelor's in Psychology, If you were in my place would you take admission in IGNOU? If you wouldn't, please explain why! <3

I (18F) want to do BA Psychology, but in a college that does not require attendance to be 75%

I run my own business so I will find it very hard to attend everyday, or even regularly enough.

I'd prefer if I can get this in a good college, good crowd, good environment, where I could network and/or meet like-minded people (I may be asking for too much 😭)

Lowkey stressed out because I just moved here and don't know anything about the colleges around, so need your guys' help! <3
