I need help setting up a tank for research project

So I’m apposed to be doing research project, and I need to get these tanks (blue ones) up and running. There won’t be any type of fish or organisms in the blue tanks. And I’m also apposed to use instant ocean to get salt water system instead of fresh water. So please help me, what am I looking at and how can I get this up and running. They haven’t been used in like 2 years by the way.
