I am convinced this company is run by 92% AI because I cannot believe any normal functioning human would ever get things this bad.

Quick summary of event into parts:

1. Guest stays, destroys one of my above swimming pool legs; I ask them to pay,
2. Guest who was all joy and thank yous does a 180 and starts fabricating lie after lie, acting like a victim, leaves a retaliatory 1-star full of lies,
3. I appeal to remove it with PROOF AKA SCREENSHOTS of all their lies + exact rules they're breaking in the guidelines; Airbnb support denies it,
4. I try again and explain as carefully as possible with basic sentences that NOTHING in their review was true, and it was a personal attack, which are both against their OWN review guidelines (copy-pasted the rules and everything), and they still deny it,
5. Lucky me that the full-of-lies, rule-breaking 1-star review counts as 2 violations somehow, and suddenly I'm being flagged for removal. Of course they deny that appeal too it as I cannot make this up: THE 1-STAR FULL OF LIES REVIEW is being used against me as not having my home up to standard,

great experience, almost 3 years on the app btw

I'm asking anyone who had a similar experience: Any suggestions? What was your next move?
