Should I get surgery?

Should I get surgery?

Tailors bunions and bunions on both feet.

I scheduled surgery for my other foot, which is more severe than my left (shown), but I’m feeling a bit hesitant. I have a high pain tolerance so I’m not really sure how much my bunions/tailors bunions are bothering me. I’ve read some posts here about the pain being worse after the surgery, and decreased range of motion in toes. I believe I will be getting an osteotomy. I am a frequent gym goer and my preferred cardio is the elliptical. I do care about wearing high heels :(

Do you think it is worth getting the surgery with my angles? I’m so so concerned about not being able to do cardio ever again.

Do I need to re-caulk?

I ripped out the old caulk in my bathtub/shower and put down some new caulk. I was a bit aggressive with the sponge and wiped away a lot of the caulk I put down.

About an hour later, I got worried about shrinkage once the caulk cured, so I added some more of the same caulk to the joint.

Did I just mess up? I’m wondering if the caulk will no longer cure properly since I waited an hour to add more caulk. The cure time is 18 hours.
