I’m on track to make principal in a month at the age of 36. Electrical PE. Firm size is around 230 people. My current principal is set to retire in 2.5years. Plan is for me to take over the branch office (12-15 people) when he retires.

I’m very grateful for this opportunity! Also very nervous at the same time. When it was first presented to me a year ago, my initial reaction was, Me? I have no idea what I’m doing. Haha
