Hi There, just looking for recommendations or advice...just took my 9th dose currently at 1.0 MG.. the weight loss has been painfully slow. I have cleaned up my eating significantly. I am in a calorie deficit and have about 50 lbs to lose. I have been hovering around thr 7-9 lbs lost in that time frame...Could it be my age, 41 female? I have had side effects the very first week and nothing since except very little appetite..feeling good but wondering If there is anything I do to jump start it a bit faster. I work a desk job so excerise is minimal.
