should i be concerned about this? (potential OD)

hi, so, about an hour ago, i got finished with a very stressful conversation, and i noticed that i felt my heart very agitated, and i felt sort of dizzy, very similar to how i felt once when my blood pressure spiked up a couple of months ago to around 156/90, which made me feel like i was gonna die or something (i felt like i could've burst into a stroke any minute that time). as a result, i ran to make a chamomile tea to calm my nerves, and i served myself a large glass of water. i instinctively took an extra 50mg of my losaraven, and i'm scared that it could come back to bite me later.

for context, i usually take 50mg in the morning (around 8:00am), and take the other 50mg around 5:00pm (luckily, i took it at 4:00pm today, which might help me a bit). i freaked out and took an extra 50mg to counteract my spike in bp today, which is 50mg more than is allowed for with this medication.

my first bp reading immediately after taking the pill was 146/83, followed by a 136/86. after that, it ranged anywhere as low as 110-128 about 30-45 minutes after taking the pill. while these readings are normal now, i saw that losaraven doesn't really take effect until after about 2-3 hours of taking the pill. should i be concerned for my health? i'm 20m, 5'7", 190-ish pounds.

not sure if i should be happy or concerned

hey, so, first time posting on here—for context, i'm a 20 (almost 21 yr old) male, around 180-190lbs, and 5'7"; i was diagnosed with hypertension about a year or two ago, and have been taking 50mg of losartan since then (only just recently upped my dose to 100mg throughout the day after a scary bp spike). i work at home, but still try to stay somewhat active, and my diet is mostly made up of homecooked meals. family has a history of heart problems, so i (along with my doctor) assume that it's genetic, although weight might have something to do with it (i'm working on dieting to get down to 160lbs).

recently, i've been kind of sick (seasonal allergies, very common for me), and it's led to me feeling kinfa woozy at times. given that i have pretty bad health anxiety, the first thing i thought of was my blood pressure; despite having taken my pill, i would get a really high first reading (around 140/80), which i would discard after seeing my subsequent normal readings (in the 110's/60's); around last night, i noticed my heart would feel like it was pounding for about a minute after minimal effort, even though it was at 62bpm (high 80's-mid 90's is a normal bpm for me). this morning, before my coffee or losartan, i noticed that my bp was uncharacteristically low (around 106/64, 67 bpm).

should i be concerned about this or should i be happy? i'm aware that these are healthy readings for a normal person, but given that i'm not necessarily a healthy person, when i compare these readings to my baseline, i can't help but wonder if these allergies are causing my body to shut down slowly or something crazy like that?

(additional context: my bp machine noted i had some sort of arrhythmia in some readings, which is also abnormal, i have a vitamin D deficiency, and my sp02 levels are sitting comfortably at 99-98)
