Hi, I saved this (what I assume to be a Song of India) Dracaena from an old bouquet that I recieved. It's been in water for the last few months (just realised I should fertilise it) but I'm unsure of how to take care of it, also pruning etc.

Any help would be appreciated, I am new to plants so please give me any information that you deem important.

Incase it's important, I live in the south of the Netherlands and it gets plenty of light every day from my West (kinda South West) facing windows.
