It's sad to hear now
Don't get me wrong, I love that part but it's always sad to hear that corrupt (?) version of the ylva intro riff in känslan [4.20ish]
Since they're the early singles and they were released back to back, VH4 was intended to be a concept album, too, with motifs and transitions and callbacks and such.
Later, Calle explained that he (or they) didn't want to do the same thing they've done before so songs don't have any of them.
It was always these little details for me to notice and get happy over discovering them that made listening to Vildhjarta so exciting for me. It doesn't make dssueg less of an albüm ofc but imo, it strips away some depth from albums when it comes to progressive music in general. The depth I mentioned is in riff structures and especially in layered atmospheres instead and that is a whole other field to wander.
Still eager to hear some motif callback riffs in VH5 tho 👀
