There are already similar tools, but I think this one is unique enough to merit posting.

Each display shows an overlay with its workspaces, with small window thumbnails modeling the actual layout. Pick a window with the keyboard or mouse to jump to it. Live previews need sway 1.12 or later; older versions show plain boxes.
