Quinlan Vos defeated Dooku, but could he take on Prime Maul?

He already defeated him before Order 66, although Sidious received a Force amp after Order 66. Could this newly amped Sidious defeat Windu?

Honestly, I do consider him superior in power, and possibly in dueling as well. I don’t think there’s a huge difference. A lot of people underestimate Ben because he lost to Rey, but according to every source, Ben was heavily nerfed. He had just been hit by Chewbacca’s bowcaster, which sent stormtroopers flying, and psychologically he was completely broken and unable to properly use his powers after killing his father.
However, I don’t think Maul has feats that allow us to definitively say he is superior. After all, he lost to a Padawan, and later to Ahsoka in Season 7 while she was unarmed.
Even though Ben has fewer feats, he still has dozens of statements describing him as immensely powerful and possessing elite lightsaber skills

Multiple sources state that, with a lightsaber, he inherited many of Luke and Anakin’s skills, both of whom were exceptional duelists.

Here are the canon sources so everyone can draw their own conclusions, because I do consider Ben superior:

Both are very good and powerful. Snoke ragdolled Rey when she was already a fully trained Jedi (as Luke himself stated), and when the Dyad was already strong in both of them, using just one finger and without any effort. And if he were to fight Kenobi?

Both of them have good feats. Ahsoka held her own against Vader for two minutes or even longer, and Quinlan Vos defeated Dooku with mid difficulty just a few months before ROTS.

Vader was extremely powerful and a very skilled duelist. However, Ben Kenobi/Obi-Wan always demonstrated being one step ahead thanks to his cunning. So, could Kenobi/Obi-Wan beat prime Vader?
