Postoperative changes from revised rotator cuff repair, biceps tenodesis, and subacromial decompression.

Large full-thickness retracted re-tear of supraspinatus at the critical zone. Intramuscular edema within supraspinatus and infraspinatus, likely strains in the setting of trauma.

Labral degeneration.

Feeling a bit down today. Zoom call tomorrow with the surgeon’s PA. Likely will just hear I need another surgery.
