Need some advice!

I’m not sure if I’m in the right place, but I figured it might be good to ask here because this seems similar.
What are some period hacks whilst you’re climbing?

I just got started as a construction climber for scaffolding. I usually wear sweatpants as it’s easier for me to maneuver with and I haven’t found the right work pants. As per usual, my harness is around my legs. I work usually 12 hour days in 80+ degree weather, climbing, moving and sweating; and am in my harness for majority of my day.
The problem that I’m bound to face in the next week or so, is that I wear pads and don’t have a heavy enough flow for tampons (or at least I do until I decide to use them instead)
I’m genuinely trying to think ahead about the porta potty situation, the sweat and trying to change pad situation, and honestly all of the above.
I honestly do not think a cup is for me, especially as I’m squatting down on scaffolds and heavy lifting.
I figured to ask if the ladies here would have any suggestions or advice! TIA 🫶🏼

Mean kitty won’t stop attacking

Firstly, this is not my cat. I moved in to my place back in November and one day there was mysteriously this baby in the house. Apparently it’s my roommates cat that was given to her mom that lives up the road. He won’t stop coming around as he’s partly an outdoor cat. My current issue is that he will not stop attacking. I used to feed him briefly, but then (even after feeding/ petting him) when I went to walk away he would pounce and bite/ scratch my legs. Since then, he scratched my roommates daughter’s face and he’s not been allowed back inside the house but constantly sits in front of the doors, biting you if you try and get in without him. I’ve tried to be calm, and read up on some of their behavior and why he could be particularly stressed/ overwhelmed, but the annoyance is that there is zero reason (that I can narrow down) that he is doing this. He chases you when you walk away, eliminating the stress or overwhelmed idea. I know he is hunting because i see him in the act consistently, so that rules out play aggression. There’s other cats in the area and I see him playing as well. The thing is, im not a cat person. I have only taken liking to one cat in my life and I’m merely exhausted that I can barely come home and get into my house. I used to stay in my room for hours because he was sitting on my porch waiting.
I know it’s not right, and I feel entirely guilty especially after tonight- but I resorted to spraying water. It was working at first and he left me alone, but now he does not care and will still come around.

Please, any advice is warranted. Even if it is expressing distaste towards me. I do not want a cat, and I didn’t sign up to take care of one so I’m really feeling frustrated about this. On one hand, I feel really bad for him- I know that it’s potentially an attention issue, and I feel beyond annoyed that NOBODY is taking care of their cat (pretty sure he has fleas, and despite my speaking up, they aren’t treating nor taking him to the vet) . But on the other hand, after months of being scratched and bit (as well as my roommates) I’m completely over it and I will do anything for him to just stay away from me.
Thank you guys in advance.
