Disappointed in Ale-8 customer service
I’ve been looking forward to trying the paw paw flavor for years but it describes “tropical” flavors and I know paw paw is the northern most tropical fruit so I need to know that there isn’t also pineapple as a flavoring agent.
I called and they told me to email. I emailed and did the contact us form. When I didn’t hear back I messaged on social media because they are great at responding there. They told me to try emailing again.
I finally heard back, but then had to reach out twice again for a response. The last two emails are from today. I literally just need a yes or no 😭
I’m guessing it doesn’t have pineapple but with “tropical” I have to be careful
