Exactly as title asks.

I have Flins but no Ineffa and I’m preparing for Columbina’s rerun for him. But I don’t know which artifact set I should be farming for her.

I have Flins c0 using Prospector’s Shovel and on Night of the Sky’s Unveiling.

Assume that Columbina will be c0 and on Prototype Amber (or if there’s a better f2p weapon, I’d love to know).

Like if the 7 nations + Nod Krai had a civil war in the present Genshin universe, what nation do you think would win? They all have strong contenders. Think the playable characters' LORE strength to make it interesting.

Mondstadt has The Darknight Hero, The Knight of Boreas, Venti, etc

Liyue has Zhongli, Ningguang with her fuckass Jade
Chamber she seems to love throwing around, Zibai, Xiao, etc

Inazuma has the Raiden Shogun/Ei, Sara, Itto, etc (though I think Raiden will be carrying this nation a lot...)

Sumeru has Nahida, Wanderer, Cyno, etc

Fontaine has Neuvillete the literal Hydro Dragon, Sandrone, Arlecchino, etc

Natlan has Mavuika, Citlali, all those fighter people etc

Nod Krai has Lauma, Nefer, Flins, etc. Not sure if Columbina should be included in her Trilunar Authority state, that may be just too OP

Though we don’t know enough about Snezhanya yet to fully judge it, but they’re definitely powerful with the Tsaritsa, Pierro, etc.
