I’m in the market for a used F350 Dually and I just test drove one with 168k miles. I kept hearing engine noise as I drove and when we got back, I check under the steering wheel next to the pedals and saw the e brake manifold/opening came loose. Is it easy to fix or am I right to be concerned? See pictures for the opening I’m referring to. First picture if from the interior, second is from the engine bay. Thanks, I appreciate the feedback!
