Used a stencil and some distress inks :) still learning how to stack and compose the actual elements so it’s cohesive.

I usually just use whatever notebook I have to write stuff down but I wanted a dedicated space for consumed media (music, books, movies, etc) for further engagement. This is a kokuyo soft ring a5 nb in dot grid :)
