Normally I wouldn't be so bothered but I made some breakthroughs in gameplay and breezed +6 & +7 (obviously took me a while to get there) but now I'm at 8 and am thinking - maybe - I can get to 10? So close, yet so far.

Thing is, I'm getting hammered! 😅

I main Duallies (w tacticooler and beacons) I am trying to adapt and skirt around in a more stealthy way. My general tactic is to drop beacons, get the team fired up with energy drinks, and get a good number of splats (between 7 and 12 usually) and probably too many deaths TBH.

What's your best slice of advice for getting to 10?

I took a break from playing - mostly because my kiddo lost interest - but now we are back and my old deck is no longer street legal.

I need a new deck, but don't know who I should build it around. I don't want an off the shelf deck, that's just plain boring... Part of the fun is working out what I need to do - and how to do it - to win battles at home and/or at the local pokemon store.

My old deck was Archeus / Archeus V-Max (F), with a side order of Deoxys / v-Max, and one other fun trick with a kamikaze Claydol with emergency jelly. Plus plenty of supporters and items. And ursulana was a late addition.

Pretty basic deck but it did alright... What would be fun to build around in 2026?
