[PC][Summon][RL200+10/25] Summon me: Sorcerer with access to the entire base game and DLC

Title. Willing to respec if you have a thing against sorcery or need something specific (healer, tank, etc.). If you are just done with a boss (PCR anyone?) I also have a max level character with access to the entire base game and most of the DLC (PCR included).

Can't promise to be good at the game (especially if we have higher latency), but I'm more than happy to throw myself at the concrete wall over and over again with you until either you have to quit or we win.

If you are interested please let me know whether you want help, something as cheesy as possible (death laser for Mohg for early dlc?), or an actual fight but I do my best to solo it.

Reddit isn't always the best about notifying me, so if I miss your comment for a few minutes I am not intentionally ignoring you. I'll also manually refresh the page every so often to try and catch people who got missed.

What circle of pvp hell would I be condemned to for playing via my phone's hotspot?

Power has been out where I am for a little bit now. Been missing my Elden Ring. The only internet I have right now is my phone's hotspot. I've seen enough to know I really really shouldn't do it, but...the temptation is real. The invaders would mind two full seconds of latency, would they? (Joking)

Anyways. I'll be back to my TT run when I have proper internet again.

What is the least spoilery way to get a nudge in the right direction without constantly bothering people (in this subreddit or elsewhere) when I'm struggling to find new paths?

I've been slowly working my way through SotE after completing the base game to my satisfaction, but at this point I can't seem to find new paths / paths out of the area I've already explored. Using a walk-through always makes me feel that I'm not playing the game anymore and just working through a to-do list, which sucks all the fun out of it. Is there some kind of hint system I could use? Get a general area to look in without giving exact directions?

EDIT: Should have specified DLC, post knight, snake, and flower lady. Scared of the tree and trying to find pig at the very least (I know they exist somewhere...)

Sincerely,
A rather lost tarnished who wants to find more cool stuff

Genuine question: why is 200 the standard in ER for invasions?

Been slowly playing through the DLC because it took me forever to get around to it, and having been loving the moments of actual player interaction. I've never been really embedded in the souls community, so I'm often not aware of the standards for things. I'm not the greatest at the game, but I've slowly worked my way forward, leveling as I do so. I'm now feeling like I over leveled for both co-op and pvp. My character is only ng rl 230, but getting summoned for co-op is basically never a thing and taunting only ever seems to pull in people even less experienced than me and that's saying something given my skill level at this game.

I can't down level without cheats or mods. Any advice? If I want to do co-op and pvp, is my only real option just starting a new character and stopping at level 200? Are there particular areas I should go to when trying to pull invaders or specific fights I might not have activated the summoning pool for that people are still doing at my level?

Am I breaking some unspoken rule because of how I'm fighting? I'm trying to be reasonable about it. Wave or bow or gesture in a way that lets them know you see them. Give them a moment to buff up and such (and they will likely do the same for me). I also limit myself to no more than three flasks of each kind during the fight to try and make things fair. I mean, I am a wizard and I have picked up that the souls community has a thing against wizards for some reason. But every fight usually follows the same script: I use stealth buffs, from equipment or otherwise, to sneak into a spot that is harder to ambush and work my way around the area looking for them. I find them or they find me and we gesture and buff. They start sprinting at me or using an ash and I retaliate with night comet and/or star shower. They keep closing distance and then I use an aoe like zamor ice storm or twin moons and they just die. If they stagger out with a tiny bit of health left I use slicer. Are aoes (especially the moons) frowned upon? Is there some piece of courtesy I'm not following that's leading to me handling things in an unexpected way?

Really unsure about the whole world of co-op and pvp, so I'm hoping you folks might have some insight at least into the pvp side.

I think this is okay within the rules, but if not I'm really sorry. Please do reach out and let me know which rule(s) I broke. I'm kind of new to reddit.
