A god but not "the" god

In a modern day labyrinth, I had a sexual encounter with a god; it wasn't entirely un-consenting.

All the dream dictionaries online just talk about the Abrahamic god, none of them talk about having sex with a god; and I don't follow Abrahamic religion. I consider myself atheist/agnostic.

What do you think?

Critique for dark academia/coming of age blurb

"When thirteen year old Kitty Cruz is sent away to carry on a generations long tradition of attending the elite Aveley Mastden Academy, all she wants is to survive a semester among geniuses so she can return home and go to normal school with her life long best friend.

Little do her parents know, they've fated her to a darkness no one should ever face alone."

Is this snappy/compelling/missing anything? Does anyone have any further advice?

There has to be a less painful way to write a snappy back of book summary/blurb

I'm not sure how in-depth to get in this post, but I've been working on this blurb for like two hours. It's one of the last things I need to begin publishing.

First, how do I make the sentences not run-on? How many sentences before I start to lose people? Do I lean into some of the tropes? Do I go more specific or more broad? Should I just write the giant one page summary and try to reign it in from there?

I'd say I can share what I have, but it's just a bunch of disjointed phrases.

Please thank you ort
