Despite that Mei Mei's raw stats from being a woman dwarf this simply because of this genetic advantage she can be LOWBALLED to have 400cm of chest if you count all of the area and realistically Mei Mei is above that
So sadly this time Red Judas doesn't have binding vows to save him and Mei Mei wins
HOWEVER, If and only if you think sukuna could get a binding vow that would give him gynecomastia (a disorder? That makes men have more fat stored in his chest) he could theoretically win as men with that disorder can match female sizes and with him being two in one he can be double that which should be enough.
