Paid via USDC on Polygon, transaction successful, but Porkbun says “declined” and no refund/domain received

I’m having an issue with Porkbun payment processing and support is not helping properly.

I purchased a domain using USDC on Polygon. The blockchain transaction shows as successful/sent, and the funds were deducted from my wallet. However:

  • I did not receive the domain
  • I did not receive any refund
  • Support emailed saying the payment status became “declined” because “funds were never received”

Which makes no sense because:

  • The transaction is confirmed on-chain
  • The payment wallet/address was correct
  • Funds already left my wallet
  • There is a valid transaction hash

The amount was around 1.039984 USDC on Polygon.

I already contacted support and attached:

  • transaction screenshot
  • transaction hash
  • order ID

But they just replied with a generic “declined” message and closed it there.
